Pipe Up! A One Day Practical Intro to the Pipe Organ

Join the University of King’s College Chapel and the Royal Canadian College of Organists Halifax Centre for Pipe Up! A One-Day Practical Introduction to the Pipe Organ on Saturday, June 17 from 10:30am-4pm. This hands-on introduction to the pipe organ will feature class sessions on pedalling, registration, and hymn-playing, during which all participants will receive an opportunity to play. In addition, each participant will receive an individual lesson and a short practice session.
Suitable for intermediate to advanced piano players (ages 14-20) who are beginners (or near-beginners) at the organ.
