Are you looking for a great summer vacation idea? Imagine a five-day escape to a rustic setting under magnificent hemlocks, in the heart of the beautiful Annapolis Valley. Now add the fun of rustic cottage life plus the opportunity to share an unforgettable experience with singers from across the province and beyond. Adult Choir Camp is about making music, friendships and discoveries. Each day includes rehearsals, music classes in vocal production and sectional learning. Our great kitchen team looks after the ‘inner singer’ with plenty of nutritious food, as does our yoga for singers instructor! Evening activities include a reception, a workshop, a concert by guest artists, talent night and other entertainment. The camp ends with a concert for family and friends. Our music staff will also be offering voice lessons!

Rehearsals and activities take place in a roofed, open pavilion and enclosed rehearsal halls as well as classrooms and recreation areas. You can enjoy the Adult Choir Camp experience several ways. You can attend as a day camper, with or without meals, or treat yourself to the full package with a variety of accommodation options on site. Our excellent kitchen staff makes sure camp meals are ample, nutritionally balanced and appealing. Dormitories provide single room accommodation with water closets and showering facilities on each of the two floors. For an extra fee you can also request a private cabin with a full washroom. A limited number of cabins with washrooms are available on a first-come-first-served basis. For more information, please see the application form. We can provide accommodations and meals for families and if there is enough interest, child care if needed. Registrations will be taken on a first come first served basis until we reach maximum capacity.

Camp Fees

Everything is included for the week – Campers get a full a day of organized instructional time in rehearsals, sectionals, artistic workshops | Optional activities like voice lessons, as well as great social activities  | Music score rental  | Accommodations and meals for 5 1/2 days and 5 nights | Individual membership to the NSCF.

Accommodations

Private CabinShared Dormitory Day Camper

 A Private Cabin is the perfect accommodation for those who want the true camp experience but with a little more privacy! Each cabin has its own full bathroom, small kitchenette and electricity. Most cabins also include a front porch and patio set- great for sitting back and relaxing after a full day of music making! Accommodations can be made with those with mobility issues as Berwick United Church Camp has many single level cabins *****Please note: Cabins for ACC 2024 are sold out. If you would like to consider a cabin that has a shared washroom and shower in a building closeby, please contact Anne at NSCF to discuss further. . 

Payment options for Private Cabin Accommodation

Balance in full $640.00 CAD Deposit of $100 – Remaining Balance due July 10 $100.00 CAD Remaining Balance $540.00 CAD

Most cabins also include a front porch and patio set- great for sitting back and relaxing after a full day of music making! Full Payment $615.00 CAD Deposit $100.00 CAD Balance Due July 10th $515.00 CAD

The Dormitory option is for those looking for the true camp experience. Dormitories provide single room accommodation with water closets and showering facilities on each of the two floors.  With a central location on the campgrounds, you’ll never be too far from the meal hall or rehearsal spaces!

Payment Options for Private Room in Dorm

Full Payment – $590.00 CAD Deposit – $100.00 CAD Balance due July 10 – $490.00 CAD

The Day Camper option is for choristers who live in the Berwick area, or would prefer accommodations outside of the Berwick campgrounds. Day Campers can elect to include lunch and dinner with their registration, or choose to bring their own food.

Register Online for ACC!

Step 1: Select the type of accommodations from the list above that you wish to use while with us at camp
Step 2: Registration – Adult Choir Camp 2024 is currently SOLD OUT. If you would like to be added to a waitlist please contact Anne at anne@nscf.ca
Step 3: Pay Deposit to reserve your spot. (Registrants will be sent a reminder email at the beginning of April if deposit has not been received by then)

* Please ensure that the online registration form is filled out fully and correctly. If the form is found to be incomplete, you will be required to fill out another form.

Submission from the online form will be used to express interest in Sing Summer Camp. Registrants can confirm their spot by submitting either their full payment or a $100 deposit, with balance due July 10th, 2024. Deposit non-refundable after July 10, 2024. The Remaining Balance must be received by August 1st 2024.

Remaining fee non refundable after August 1st, 2024 (Emergency or illness may be considered for partial refund. Request must be accompanied by doctors letter ).
