On Saturday March 25, 7.30pm at St. George’s Anglican Church in Halifax, the King’s College Chapel Choir sings a programme of music for the Feast of the Annunciation, including the Magnificat from William Byrd’s “Great Service” in commemoration of the 400th anniversary of the death of Byrd in 1623. Directed by Neil Cockburn, with Organ Scholar Gabriel O’Brien.
