Carmina Burana – Dalhousie Collegium Cantorum

Dalhousie Collegium Cantorum, under director Gary Ewer, is excited to present Carl Orff’s exciting “Carmina Burana” in concert at the Stage at St. Andrew’s Church (Coburg & Robie, Halifax) on Monday, March 31, 2025 at 7:30 pm. Guest soloists for this performance will be Suzanne Rigden, soprano, Patrick Simms, baritone, and Luke Morrison, tenor. The Halifax Boys Honour Choir (Pamela Burton, conductor) is the guest children’s choir. The choir is performing Orff’s two piano/six percussion rendition, with pianists Tara Scott and Tom King, and percussionists from Dalhousie University under the guidance of percussion instructor Mark Morton.
