Come enjoy an uplifting night of choral music provided by Polaris Choir and the Eastern Horizon Chamber Choir!
Featuring works by composers including A.R. Rahman, Zhou Long, Oscar Escalada, Daniel Caesar, and more, this performance will cover a variety of engaging and socially-minded choral programming. The event will also feature the premiere of two Canadian finalists entries from the Eastern Horizon Choral Writing Competition.
This performance will be held at St. Andrew’s United Church in Halifax beginning at 7:30pm. Doors open half an hour before show time. Admission is on a sliding scale of $15, $20, and $25.

Choirs for Change is a Nova Scotian arts organization seeking to support social change movements through innovative choral events. Founded in 2017, the organization witnessed a number of highlights in the past year, including: being selected as a Beacon Artist for Nocturne: Art at Night Festival, winning First Place for contemporary music in the National Competition for Amateur Choirs, and performing at the 10th anniversary of Mayworks Halifax: Festival of Working People & the Arts.
