A blanket of fresh snow sets the stage for magic. Pristine, sparkling white – a blank canvas on which to hope, dream and start anew. The choir is thrilled to announce that in these performances, they will share their new name and logo. “It Feels New” marks a new beginning for the AVHC, while celebrating the history, memories and impact the choir has made to the cultural fabric of the valley for over 35 years.
This concert will also be the exciting winter debut of the new “Kids” choir for Grades 2-3 singers. (performing in the afternoon shows only). And don’t forget our incredible bake sale where you can pick up all kinds of holiday goodies!
Heather Fraser, Artistic Director, will lead the choirs alongside Alana MacPhee, with pianists Kimberly Cormier, Victoria Dunn and Cian McCarron, and percussionist Tyler MacDonald.
“It Feels New”, will be held Saturday, December 7, 2:00pm & 7:00pm, and Sunday December 8, 2:00pm at the Horton High School Performance Centre.
Tickets: $25 (adults) and $5 (students). $15 for Livestream. Available online at www.avhc.ca or at the door if available. (This concert always sells out, so get your tickets early!)
