Are you looking for a great summer vacation idea? Imagine a six-day escape to a rustic setting under magnificent hemlocks, in the heart of the beautiful Annapolis Valley. Now add the fun of rustic cottage life plus the opportunity to share an unforgettable experience with singers from across the province and beyond. Adult Choir Camp is about making music, friendships and discoveries. Each day includes rehearsals, music classes in vocal production and sectional learning. Our great kitchen team looks after the ‘inner singer’ with plenty of nutritious food, as does our yoga for singers instructor! Evening activities include a reception, a workshop, a concert by guest artists, talent night and other entertainment. The camp ends with a concert for family and friends. Our music staff will also be offering voice lessons!
Rehearsals and activities take place in a roofed, open pavilion and enclosed rehearsal halls as well as classrooms and recreation areas. You can enjoy the Adult Choir Camp experience several ways. You can attend as a day camper, with or without meals, or treat yourself to the full package with a variety of accommodation options on site. Our excellent kitchen staff makes sure camp meals are ample, nutritionally balanced and appealing. Dormitories provide single room accommodation with water closets and showering facilities on each of the two floors. For an extra fee you can also request a private cabin with a full washroom. A limited number of cabins with washrooms are available on a first-come-first-served basis. For more information, please see the registration form. Camp Fees
Fees are All Inclusive! Campers get a full a day of organized instructional time in rehearsals, sectionals, artistic workshops | Optional activities like voice lessons, as well as great social activities | Music score rental | Accommodations and meals for 5 1/2 days and 5 nights | Individual membership to the NSCF.
Fees are specific to the selected accommodation or day camper type.

Accommodations & Day Camper Options:
PLEASE NOTE: Private and Shared Cabins are currently sold out for Adult Choir Camp 2025. We do have a limited number of cabins with a washroom, and showers are in a building adjacent to the cabin area. If you would like to consider this type of accommodation, please contact Anne at anne@nscf.ca to discuss further. If you would like to be added to a waitlist for a cabin with full bathroom, please also let Anne know.

A Private Cabin ($650 per person) is the perfect accommodation for those who want the true camp experience but with a little more privacy! Each cabin has its own full bathroom, small kitchenette and electricity. Most cabins also include a front porch and patio set- great for sitting back and relaxing after a full day of music making! Accommodations can be made with those with mobility issues as Berwick United Church Camp has many single level cabins. Please note: Cabins do tend to sell out quickly!
A Shared Cabin ($625 per person) is the ideal option for a couple- partners or friends – or a small group! Each cabin has its own full bathroom, small kitchenette and electricity. Most cabins also include a front porch and patio set- great for sitting back and relaxing after a full day of music making! Accommodations can be made with those with mobility issues as Berwick United Church Camp has many single level cabins. Please note: Cabins do tend to sell out quickly.
The Dormitory ($600 per person) option is for those looking for the true camp experience. Dormitories provide single room accommodation with water closets and showering facilities on each of the two floors. With a central location on the campgrounds, you’ll never be too far from the meal hall or rehearsal spaces!
The Day Camper option is for choristers who live in the local area, or would prefer accommodations outside of the Berwick campgrounds. Day Campers can elect to include lunch and dinner with their registration (Day Camper with Meals – $525 per person), or choose to bring their own food (Day Camper Without Meals – $475 per person).

Step 1: Complete the Online Registration form for ACC
* Please ensure that the online registration form is filled out fully and correctly. If the form is found to be incomplete, you will be required to fill out another form.
Step 2: After you submit your Registration form, pay your $100.00 deposit to reserve your spot OR you may make payment in full at time of registration. (Registrants will be sent a reminder email at the beginning of April if deposit has not been received by then) Final payment for camp is due July 15, 2025.

Refund Policy: Deposit is non-refundable after June 30, 2025. Remaining fee non refundable after August 1st, 2025 (Emergency or illness may be considered for partial refund. Request must be accompanied by doctors letter).

Select ACC Camper $100 Deposit if you wish to make a $100 deposit at time of registration. Payment categories for the remaining fee (after deposit) will be posted in April.
