Choirworks Family Sing

Choirworks invites all ages to join in a family sing on Saturday, January 18, 2020 from 10:15 – 11:30 a.m. at First Baptist Church on Oxford Street. Donations will be taken at the door. Come if you have lots of singing experience, and come if you have always wanted to try!
Continuing on January 25th from 10:15 – 11:30 a.m., Director Krista Vincent and Pianist Lynette Wahlstrom are offering choral classes for ages seven to ten in the beautiful space of First Baptist Halifax.
Sessions include ensemble singing, vocal technique, music theory and solfege, in a welcoming and non-competitive environment. No previous choral experience is necessary. Bring your love of singing and an eagerness to learn! Classes continue for sixteen Saturdays, finishing June 13th, culminating with a Choirworks Concert on Thursday, June 18th at 6:30 p.m. For information on registration and cost, please contact Krista Vincent at choirworkshalifax@gmail.com.
